This applies only to members of the Respiratory Protection Program. You must bring a respirator, have a completed Medical Evaluation Questionnaire(MEQ), and be clean shaven before the appointment. Additionally, please refrain from eating, drinking, chewing gum, or smoking 30 minutes prior to your appointment.
